Problem Statement

Being a job seeker today is more challenging than ever. Without a strong network, breaking into opportunities is tough. Many job listings lack transparency, with companies often advertising roles already earmarked for internal candidates due to legal obligations. On top of that, businesses rely on ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to filter applications based on keywords, meaning resumes must be precisely tailored to even make it past the initial screening. This forces job seekers to spend countless hours manually tailoring applications instead of focusing on valuable strategies like networking, skill development, and interview preparation. It’s a time-consuming cycle that delays their progress in applying for new roles. Smart Job Hunter addresses these challenges by automating the job search and application process. It filters roles based on the user’s criteria, generates tailored resumes and cover letters, and creates ready-to-apply PDFs. The tool also follows best practices for resume and cover letter generation, helping job seekers improve the quality of their applications. By applying quickly to new roles and exhausting job listings sooner, users save time and can shift their focus to strategies that enhance their job prospects.
