In customer support at companies several recurring challenges often slow down issue resolution and limit the ability to act on customer feedback:
Customers frequently reach out about the same problems, but these insights rarely reach leadership in time to influence product improvements.
When the same issue suddenly spikes across many customer representatives, it takes too long to identify the trend and apply a quick fix.
Capturing the urgency, sentiment, and context of a customer’s issue during the call is difficult and inconsistent.
Compliance requirements are complex and hard to monitor in real time.
Our project directly addresses these challenges by providing an AI-powered, real-time monitoring and analytics platform for customer support teams in the financial sector.
