Key Users and Their Roles: Data Entry Person (User): • The employee in each organization responsible for recording loss data. • Can add reports on human and material losses using designated forms. • Can view their organization's reports, receive notifications of required corrections, and edit and resubmit their data. • Can access their organization's dashboard displaying statistics on its losses. Monitor: • An employee of the NGO Network responsible for reviewing the accuracy and validity of the data submitted by data entry personnel. • Can view all reports from all organizations. • Approves, rejects, or requests corrections to reports. • Can add comments and specify fields that need modification to guide the data entry personnel. Administrator: • The user with the highest level of privileges. • Manages users (adding, deleting, and modifying their roles and permissions). • Manages form templates, allowing modification of data entry fields used by data entry personnel. • Accesses all application-level data, reports, and statistics. • Manages technical issues reported by users.
