Trading platform for Sustentability Credit (UCS) and Carbon Credit. GOV-Green Offset Venture operates as an originator and structurer, bringing together assets, methodologies, funds/capital, technical and legal due diligence and the operational partners necessary for execution. We enable issuance, custody, trading and monetization through our "GOV powered by SBX" platform.
What problem are you solving?
GOV Powered by SBX comes to organize the carbon credit market. Several relevant markets currently operate in a fragmented, informal, and opaque manner, with characteristics such as: Bilateral negotiations via WhatsApp or other informal channels Strong information asymmetry Absence of minimum governance standards Excessive dependence on intermediaries Low liquidity and difficulty for institutional investors to enter This market disorganization is the main factor hindering scale, trust, and efficient price formation.
