FIGURE FORGE — an app that scans real online demand for figurine aesthetics, sizes the opportunity against live Etsy market data, and turns the best one into a priced, 3D-printable product in minutes.
What problem are you solving?
Print-on-demand sellers pick what to make by guesswork — copying whatever's already trending — so they end up competing in saturated niches with margins nobody actually calculated. FIGURE FORGE replaces that guesswork with real signal: it mines forums and maker communities for figurine styles people are asking for but can't buy, checks how saturated and priced that niche actually is on Etsy (excluding promoted listings, which otherwise inflate the numbers), scores the opportunity with a deterministic formula instead of an LLM's guess, generates an original 3D model for the winning concept, and prices it against real unit economics (Etsy fees, filament, labor, postage) instead of the naive "price minus filament" math that overstates margin by 3-4x.
