​💄 The Mission: Make Beautiful Agents

​AI agents are powerful, but most of them aren't pleasant to use.

​Agent Glow Up is an IRL hackathon for top-tier technical talent in SF. The goal is simple: Build thoughtful, end-to-end agent applications that look as good as they think.

​We are looking for Agentic UI - dynamic dashboards, generative interfaces, and creative tools. If you love shipping under pressure and care about design systems as much as backend logic, this is for you.

​This hackathon runs on AdaL CLI, the local-first coding agent built by Sylph AI. It bridges the gap between technical logic and visual design:

• ​🎨 Design with Gemini 3.1 Pro: Use Gemini's multimodal capabilities for visual reasoning, wireframing, and UI patterns.

• ​🔧 Code with Claude Opus 4.6: Use the latest Claude Opus 4.5 for deep architectural integrity, React implementation, and refactoring.

• ​✨ Aesthetics: Usability and interface quality (No lazy chatbots!).

• ​🧠 Intelligence: Agent design and orchestration.

• ​⚙️ Reliability: Clarity of workflows and end-to-end stability.

🗓️ Schedule

• 10:00 AM: Doors open → ☕ coffee, 🥐 breakfast, networking

• 10:30 AM: Welcome & hackathon brief (themes, format, submissions)

• 10:50 AM: Team formation

• 11:00 AM – 12:20 PM: Sponsor workshops → Gemini, Exa, Sylph.ai, Prefect, Agora, GMI Cloud 👏

• 12:30 PM: Lunch 🍕

• 12:30 – 5:00 PM: Hacking time 👨‍💻👩‍💻

• 5:00 – 6:00 PM: Judging & demos

• 6:10 PM: Winners announced (Top 3) 🏆

• 6:15 – 6:30 PM: Closing

• Deadline: 5:00 PM 7th March

• What to submit:

  • Project link: GitHub or source repository

  • Presentation: 3-minute max Loom video or slide deck presenting your project
