Agentic AI Build Week powered by GenAI Fund
# AGENTIC AI BUILD WEEK 🤖
## **The Largest Agentic AI Hackathon in ASEAN** 🌏
View Event Website: **[https://aabw.genaifund.ai/](https://aabw.genaifund.ai/)**
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam | July 8–12, 2026
---
## **Most hackathons end with a demo.** **This one ends with a deployment conversation.**
You know the drill. You build something impressive over a weekend. You demo it. Someone claps. You get a LinkedIn post out of it.
Then the prototype sits in your GitHub and everyone goes back to their day jobs.
That's not what this is.
**Agentic AI Build Week is 5 days where Southeast Asia's most serious AI builders come together to build agents that actually work — and move toward actual deployment.**
No toy problems. No demo theater. Real enterprise briefs, real infrastructure, real outcomes.
---
## **🚨 This is your main registration page for Agentic AI Build Week.**
Signing up here secures your place across the full week — including all workshops, the hackathon, and Demo Day. Additional workshops and partner sessions will be announced and posted on this page as they're confirmed. Register now so you don't miss the updates when they drop.
---
## The Room Is Already Forming
Engineers, designers, and leaders from these teams have already registered:

These aren't sponsors. These aren't partner logos on a slide deck. These are the people who will be in the room — building, judging, evaluating, and having pilot conversations on Demo Day.
When the engineers at AWS, NVIDIA, Apple and Google decide an event is worth five days of their time, you pay attention. When the leaders at Tasco, VNGGames, Gamota, Nova Group and Phong Vu show up to evaluate AI solutions for deployment in their enterprises, you understand what's really at stake here.
The question isn't whether this event is worth attending. The question is whether you'll be in the room — or watching from the outside when the recaps drop.
**Request your spot now. Approval required — and the room is filling fast.**
---
## 💰**$1,000,000+ in AI Credits and Perks — Yours Just for Showing Up**
Every registered builder gets access to over $1,000,000 (and counting) worth of credits, tools, and infrastructure from the tech partners powering the event (OpenAI, Qwen, Agora, Trae, Notion and more). Not prize money. Not conditional rewards. Perks you can use from day one of build week.
Think free platform access, API credits, developer tools, and cloud infrastructure — from the companies whose tools serious builders already reach for. The stack gets built out as partners confirm, and registered participants get first access when new perks drop.
Show up ready to build. Leave with more than you came with.
---
## Why July 2026 Is the Moment That Matters
2026 is the year agentic AI stops being a conference theme and becomes a business requirement.
Every serious company in ASEAN is asking the same question right now: *who knows how to harness engineering — not just prompt engineering — and can build AI that works inside our actual systems?*
The builders who figure this out first won't just get jobs. They'll land contracts, found companies, and define the next decade of enterprise software in Southeast Asia.
**The window to be an early mover is closing. July is your moment to step into it.**
---
## 👀 The AI Platforms You Build On Are Watching

We're not publishing the full partner roster yet.
Here's what we can tell you: **the cloud platforms, model providers, and developer infrastructure companies powering every serious AI deployment** are in active conversations to be part of this week. Not as passive logo sponsors — as partners embedding their tools into the build environment and sitting in the room on Demo Day.
They're joining because they want to find the builders worth deploying *on* their infrastructure.
When the announcement drops, you'll want to already have your spot locked in — not be on a waitlist.
**Register now while early access is open. The partner roster lands soon.**
---
## What Makes This Different

Most hackathons give you a made-up problem. You build something. You demo it. You go home.
This isn't that.
**Every problem statement comes from a real enterprise partner.** Every solution is evaluated for deployment readiness. The strongest builds don't win a trophy — they go into actual deployment conversations with companies that have real budgets and real timelines.
This is the difference between building for a panel of judges and building for a signed contract.
Three things separate this week from anything else happening in Southeast Asia right now:
**💡Not a traditional hackathon.**
Real enterprise briefs. Real constraints. Real evaluators who have authority to say yes to a pilot.
**💡Production-first.**
Builders aren't graded on how impressive something looks in a 5-minute demo. They're graded on whether it could actually be deployed into a working business system.
**💡Enterprise-grade outcomes.**
Winning solutions enter deployment conversations on Demo Day. That's the session that matters. Everything else is the warmup.

## The Hackathon Tracks — Two Categories. Eleven Tracks. Two Historic Firsts.
## **🧑💻 Category 1: Consumer AI**
*Builder-defined problems. Polished, user-facing products.*

- 🎮 **Gaming & Interactive ★ FIRST IN SOUTHEAST ASIA** No hackathon in Southeast Asia has ever run a dedicated Gaming AI track. Not one. Gaming is one of the region's largest digital economies — a $7B+ industry that has never had a structured AI builder format. We're the first. If you build games, interactive experiences, or AI-native entertainment, this track was built for you and it's never existed here before.
- **📚 Education & Learning**
- **✈️ Travel & Lifestyle**
- **⚡ Productivity & Personal Tools**
- **🎬 Creator & Media**
## **🏢 Category 2: Enterprise AI**
*Real enterprise problems. Production-readiness required.*

- 🤖 **Robotics & Physical AI ★ FIRST IN SOUTHEAST ASIA** Southeast Asia has never hosted an AI hackathon with a Robotics & Physical AI track. We're planting that flag first. This is the frontier where agentic AI meets the physical world — autonomous systems, embodied AI, hardware-integrated agents. If you're building in this space, HCMC in July is where you need to be.
- 💰 **Fintech & Financial Services**
- **🏥 Healthcare & Life Sciences**
- **🏭 Manufacturing & Industry**
- **🛒 Retail & E-Commerce**
- **⚡ Energy & Utilities** **+ 4 more verticals being announced shortly**
*More tracks are confirming as enterprise partners lock in. Register now to be notified first when new tracks and problem statements drop.*

---
## 🎙️**The Experts in the Room**

These aren't keynote speakers who fly in, present, and leave. They're operators and leaders who have deployed AI inside real organisations, and they'll be in the room across the full week as mentors, judges, and evaluators on Demo Day.
- **Hieu Hoang** — Head of Solutions Architect, AWS Vietnam
- **Zenda Nguyen** — Group CIO, NovaGroup
- **Kevin Duong** — CTO, Gamota
- **Rizwan Khan** — Managing Partner, Acclime Vietnam
- **Truong Nghe** — IT Director & CSO, Generali Vietnam Life Insurance
- **Sibojyoti C.** — General Director, KFC Vietnam
- **Tai Nguyen** — CEO & President, Naiscorp
- **Alexander Ziehe** — Vice President SEA, Hettich Group
- **Michael Lin** — COO, Phuc Long
- **John Masud Parvez** — Chairman, VSHR Pro Academy
- **Ho Minh Thang** — Vice Director of AI, FPT Smart Cloud
More experts being confirmed. Registered participants get notified first when new names drop.
---
## Who Gets the Most Out of This Week

**👨💻 Developers & AI Engineers** — Build real agentic products against real briefs with real infrastructure and API access. Free to join. No prior experience required.
**🚀 Founders & Indie Hackers** — Ship a consumer AI product or validate an enterprise use case with real users and decision-makers physically in the room.
**💼 Business & Corporate Teams** — Come with a problem. Leave with a working prototype and a shortlist of builders worth hiring or piloting with.
**🏗️ Enterprises** — Your workflow challenge becomes the builder brief. You evaluate on Demo Day. The best solutions move toward deployment.
**⚡ Tech Partners & Sponsors** — 30+ workshop slots put your tools in front of 2,000 builders before they start building. Get in early.
---
## **Three Networking Nights. Three Rooms Worth Getting Into.**
The conversations that matter most don't happen on stage. They happen after hours, in smaller rooms, with the right people.
Across build week, we're hosting three invite-only networking nights — each themed around one of AABW's most forward-looking categories. Limited seats. Closed doors. Industry operators, investors, and builders who are actually working in the space.
These aren't mixers. Each night is built around a specific frontier — and the people in the room are the ones defining it.
- 🎬 **Image & Video AI Night** 👉: [https://luma.com/p9wttcvy](https://luma.com/p9wttcvy)
- 🎮 **AI x Gaming Night** 👉: [https://luma.com/5mavorcw](https://luma.com/5mavorcw)
- 🤖 **Physical AI Night** 👉: [https://luma.com/blymwypq](https://luma.com/blymwypq)
Seats at each night are limited and separate from your main AABW registration. Lock in early.
---
**By the Numbers**
- 👥 **2,000 AI builders** from across ASEAN
- 🗂️ **500 agentic AI projects** across both themes
- 🏢 **10 enterprises** contributing real problem statements
- 🔧 **30 tech partners** embedded across the builder stack
- 💰 **$1M+** in ecosystem perks
---
## How the Week Runs
**Days 1–3 | July 8–10 — ENABLE**
30+ partner workshops on agentic AI fundamentals, model integration, cloud infrastructure, and deployment patterns — across both consumer and enterprise contexts.
**Day 4 | July 11 — BUILD**
Hackathon kicks off. Builders self-select into themes and tracks. Mentor check-ins throughout.
**Day 5 | July 12 — DEMO**
Presentations · Judging · Awards · **Pilot conversations**
*(That last item is the one that matters.)*

## Built by the Team That Ran Vietnam's Largest AI Hackathon
**GenAI Fund** is Southeast Asia's first AI-focused venture fund, founded by former AWS operators. We built Vietnam's largest AI hackathon — 1,500+ participants, 30+ partners, active across 6 ASEAN markets with 100+ enterprise AI deployments.
We know the difference between events that produce outcomes and events that produce highlights reels. This is the former.
---
## Frequently Asked Questions
1. **Is this free to join?** Yes — completely free for developers, founders, and indie hackers. Just request your spot and await approval. Corporate teams and enterprises joining as problem statement contributors have a separate onboarding process.
2. **Do I need AI or coding experience to participate?** No prior experience is required for the builder tracks. If you can think through a problem and are willing to learn, you'll find your place here. The workshop days (July 8–10) are specifically designed to get you up to speed before the hackathon begins.
3. **Can I join as a team?** Yes. Teams are encouraged, particularly for the Enterprise Workflows track. Solo builders are equally welcome — many teams form organically during the workshop days.
4. **What happens after I register?** You'll receive a confirmation once your spot is approved. As partners and workshops are confirmed, updates will be posted here and sent directly to registered participants. Early registrants get first access to partner announcements, workshop slots, and infrastructure credits.
5. **Do I have to attend all 5 days?** You're welcome to join for the days most relevant to you. That said, builders who go through the full ENABLE → BUILD → DEMO arc consistently produce stronger projects — and stronger projects are the ones that end up in deployment conversations on Day 5.
6. **What tracks are available — and which ones are truly new to Southeast Asia?** There are two categories with eleven tracks confirmed so far. In Consumer AI: Gaming & Interactive, Education & Learning, Travel & Lifestyle, Productivity & Personal Tools, and Creator & Media. In Enterprise AI: Robotics & Physical AI, Fintech & Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Manufacturing & Industry, Retail & E-Commerce, and Energy & Utilities — plus 4 additional verticals being announced soon. Two of these tracks are **historic firsts for the region**: the Gaming & Interactive track and the Robotics & Physical AI track have never been run in Southeast Asia before. If your work sits in either of these categories, this is the first time you'll have a dedicated structured builder format for it in ASEAN. Register now — track capacities are finite.
7. **More tracks are being announced — how will I know when they drop?** All new track announcements will be posted directly to this page and shared with registered participants first. If you're not registered, you'll find out when the general public does — which is later, with fewer spots available.
8. **Who are the partners and sponsors?** The partner roster is being confirmed and will be announced soon on this page. What we can say: the cloud platforms, model providers, and infrastructure companies that power serious AI deployments are joining — not as passive sponsors, but as active participants embedded in the build environment.
9. **What can I win or walk away with?** Beyond prizes and awards on Demo Day, the most valuable outcome is the pilot conversation. Enterprise partners evaluate solutions and the strongest ones move toward paid deployment. Builders also get access to $1M+ in ecosystem perks from tech partners, including API credits, infrastructure access, and tooling.
10. **I'm not a developer. Can I still participate?** Yes. Founders, product managers, and business team members are an important part of the mix — particularly on the Enterprise Workflows track, where the best teams pair technical builders with people who understand the domain problem. If you have a problem worth solving, you belong here.
11. **Where exactly is the event?** Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Venue details will be confirmed and shared with registered participants ahead of the event.
12. **I have a question not answered here.** Reach out to the GenAI Fund team directly through the [general@genaifund.ai](https://general@genaifund.ai). We'll get back to you.

This is not another conference happy hour.
This is where the AI builder stack comes together after dark — models, compute, evals, agents, web systems, workspace, and the people building what comes next.
Come for the conversations. Stay for the energy. Leave with the room everyone will be talking about.

## It's time to ship.
A dedicated block of time to build.
Bring your project, your stack, or just a problem you've been meaning to dig into. We'll have builders all building and shipping cool stuff — expect good conversation, honest feedback, and people who know what they're doing.
No talks, no agenda. Just 5+ hours of focused building with a demo and build-and-share at the end. If you need help, the community is here to give you directions to take.
Additional note: hackathon remote location
We will be working with 'Sup to host the '[Sup Build2026 Hackathon](https://luma.com/zda76sc1) running in SG at this same time - during this time, this will be a remote venue for anyone who wants to join the hackathon virtually. Do come with your team if you'd like to find a space to hack and bounce ideas off!

What makes AI Products Actually Sticky ?
Your AI product went viral. Now what?
Getting users through the door is the easy part. Keeping them coming back is where most AI products quietly fail — not because the tech is broken, but because nobody built for retention.
We're bringing together Indonesia's product builders, founders, and AI practitioners for one honest conversation: what actually makes AI products sticky?
No fluff. No theory detached from reality. Just sharp keynotes, a real panel, and the kind of conversations that happen when the right people are in the same room.
---
🧠 What we're covering
• Why most AI products lose users after week one — and how to fix it
• Retention, trust, and habit formation in AI-native products
• Practical frameworks from builders who've actually shipped
• Panel discussion with product leaders, AI founders, and developers
• Networking with Indonesia's AI and product community
---
👥 Who this is for
- Product managers,
- AI engineers,
- Startup founders,
- Builders who are past the "should I add AI?" question and are now asking "how do I make this thing last?" Whether you're scaling your first AI feature or rebuilding retention from scratch, you'll leave with something useful.
---
🎁 What you get
• AI credits from Rafiqspace.ai
• Free bento food and mineral water on us
• Real networking with the people building Indonesia's AI ecosystem
• Early access to insights from the Road to IPC 2026

**The Experience**
TechHaus isn’t a tech conference.
It’s a Builder Room where engineers, AI talent, product thinkers and hands-on technical operators come together to go deeper than the hype.
You won’t just hear about innovation. You’ll interrogate it.
**Expect:**
- Real technical conversations, not surface-level panels
- Practical insights from builders shipping real systems
- Curated introductions across the tech ecosystem
- Energy, curiosity and depth without the corporate gloss
Because great technology isn’t built in isolation. It’s built in rooms like this.
---
**Tickets**
Paid. Limited. Intentionally curated.
TechHaus is designed for engineers, AI practitioners, product professionals and technical operators who care about:
- Building real products
- Solving meaningful technical problems
- Learning from people actually shipping
This isn’t a hype-driven tech expo. It’s a high-signal room for builders serious about craft.
Seats are capped to protect the depth of conversation.

**PS:** It’s going to be one powerful builder night. We’re creating a space where engineers, AI talent, product professionals and technical operators learn the way humans always have: Face to face. Sharing ideas. Debating architecture. Laughing. Grabbing food and drinks.
Because great technology isn’t built in isolation. Before webinars. Before Zoom. Before AI.In an AI era, we’re bringing human learning back. Because the best growth still happens when humans meet humans. 🔥
