AI x Web3 Hackathon: Build a Working Prototype in 4 Hours
**AI didn't just change how we build. It changed *****who***** gets to build.**
On March 24, we're running a 4-hour AI coding hackathon at Level39, Canary Wharf. Open to anyone curious about what's now possible with AI tools, web3, and privacy. Pick a problem. See how far you get. Come solo or with a team.
No prior blockchain experience needed. Curiosity the only prerequisite.
*Hosted by Applied Blockchain, building production blockchain systems since 2015, and the team behind Silent Data, the platform you'll be building on.*
---
## ⚡️ What could you build?
Here are some starting points. Your idea might be more interesting than any of them!
- 📈** Confidential DEX trading** — trade on-chain, strategy stays yours
- 🌉 **Cross-chain bridging** — move assets privately across networks
- **🤖 Agentic payments** — programmable value flows, privately executed
- **🪪 KYC, AML & Travel Rule** — comply without compromising privacy
- **🪙 Stablecoin payments** — spend and settle without on-chain exposure
- **👛 Programmable private wallet infra** — custom logic, confidential by default
---
## **🔧 The Challenge**
Build the most impressive prototype you can. Two requirements:
- Your protocol must deploy on Silent Data
- You must demonstrate effective use of AI tooling (given the time frame, this is a requirement)
Everything else is up to you. Compete solo or in a team. Agents welcome — bring them, use them, flex them.
Judged by industry leaders including **Daniel Brockwell, Nickel Digital Asset Management**.
---
## **🏆 £1,000 Prize Pool**
**£500 — Silent Data Award**Best implementation using programmable privacy.
**£500 — AI Productivity Award**Most effective and innovative use of AI tooling.
---
## **📅 Taking a Tuesday afternoon?**
Here's the pitch if you need one: participants spend 4 hours building real prototypes using the latest AI coding tools, working with production-grade blockchain and privacy infrastructure, and developing hands-on instincts for AI-assisted working that didn't exist even 6 months ago. Expert guidance from Applied Blockchain included. High-impact, low time commitment.
---
## **🧩 Schedule**
- **2:00pm **— Kickoff + Build Sprint
- **5:00pm** — Submissions + Presentations
- **5:45pm** — Awards
- **6:00pm** — Close
---
## **⚡ What is Silent Data?**

**The Experience**
StartupHaus isn’t a pitch night. It’s a Founder Room where builders, operators and investors come together to sharpen ideas, pressure-test thinking and move faster.
You won’t just hear startup stories. You’ll interrogate them.
Expect:
- Honest conversations about what’s actually working
- Practical insights from founders building in real time
- Curated collisions with people who understand the journey
- Energy, momentum and clarity without the startup theatre
Because great companies aren’t built in isolation. They’re built in rooms like this.
---
**Tickets**
Paid. Limited. Intentionally curated. StartupHaus is designed for founders, early operators, investors and ecosystem builders who care about:
- Building real companies
- Making better decisions faster
- Surrounding themselves with ambitious people
This isn’t a demo day. It’s a high-signal room for people serious about what’s next.
Seats are capped to protect the quality of conversation.

Hosted by **LiveHaus – Where energy meets ROI.**
**PS:** It’s going to be one powerful founder night. We’re creating a space where founders, early operators and startup builders learn the way humans always have:
Face to face. Sharing stories. Debating ideas. Laughing. Grabbing food and drinks.
Because great companies aren’t built in isolation. Before webinars. Before Zoom. Before AI.In an AI era, we’re bringing human learning back. Because the best growth still happens when humans meet humans. 🔥

A Hands-On (OpenClaw) Workshop to Build Revenue-Generating AI Agents
A 5-hour hands-on (OpenClaw) workshop on building AI agent systems that actually run your business, not just generate content.
In this small, limited-capacity working session, you won’t just learn about agents, you’ll design, build, and deploy them against your real workflows. We’ll audit your operations, identify where time and decisions get stuck, and turn those recurring tasks into autonomous systems.
Because the group is intentionally small, you’ll get direct feedback on your specific processes, live troubleshooting as you connect real data sources, and hands-on guidance as you move from a single agent to a working multi-agent system.
---
## Stop prompting. Start orchestrating.
Most AI workshops teach you to write better prompts or generate social posts. This one is different.
You'll build AI agent systems that monitor your operations, surface problems before they cost you, and automate the work that's eating your week without writing code.
Bring a real business. Leave with a working system.
---
## Led by a YC-Backed Founder
This session is run by [Jason Zhang](https://www.linkedin.com/in/jason-zhang-212998315/), a second-time founder backed by Y Combinator, General Catalyst, and Sequoia. He’s built and shipped real AI products, not just experimented with tools.
---
## What You'll Build
**1. Operations that run without you checking.**
Agents that pull your key data, flag what's off, and tell you why before month-end.
**2. Process audits that find the leaks.**
Map your workflows, identify where things stall, and automate the low-judgment tasks dragging your team down.
**3. Decision support, not just dashboards.**
An agent that synthesizes your sales data, customer feedback, and market signals into a weekly brief with recommended actions.
**4. Internal knowledge that scales.**
A system your team can query instead of pinging you for every answer, SOP, or onboarding question.
**5. Opportunity and risk surfacing.**
Agents that scan competitors, customer conversations, and industry shifts so you're proactive instead of reactive.
---
## The Agenda
**10:00–10:30 — Why Agents, Not Prompts**
The difference between asking AI for help and giving it a job. Live demo of a working agent system so you see the end state first.
**10:30–11:15 — Audit Your Operations**
Map your own workflows. Identify where things stall, leak time, or depend entirely on you. This is where your business meets the material.
**11:15–12:15 — Build Your First (OpenClaw) Agent**
Hands-on. Everyone builds one agent tied to a real workflow they identified. Not hypothetical.
**12:15–1:00 — Lunch + Open Build Time** Eat, keep tinkering, ask questions, share what's working. A complimentary lunch is included as part of your ticket.
**1:00–2:00 — Multi-Agent Systems**
Add more agents for different roles. Layer in monitoring and reporting. Move from one task to an ongoing system.
**2:00–2:45 — Deploy and Stress-Test**
Run it with real data, find the gaps, refine. Leave with something that actually works — not a demo that falls apart Monday.
**2:45–3:00 — What to Do Next Week**
Concrete next steps so the system doesn't die in 48 hours.
---
## What to Bring
- A laptop and charger
- A free [Tensol](https://www.tensol.ai) account (create this before you arrive)
- Your key business data accessible in one place (Google Drive folder, Notion workspace — just not scattered across 15 places)
- A list of your core recurring workflows (onboarding, fulfillment, reporting, support even rough notes count)
---
**By the end of five hours, you'll have live AI employees monitoring, surfacing, and automating the work that used to eat your week.**
---
# FAQ
**Do I need to know how to code?** Not at all. This workshop is designed for founders, operators, and creators who want to use AI without touching a terminal.
**What exactly is an "AI Agent" compared to ChatGPT?** ChatGPT is a chatbot, you talk to it, it talks back. An AI agent is a worker. You give it a goal, a role, and a set of tools, and it executes autonomously. In this workshop, we move from chatting to building a team of agents that handle real operational tasks.
**What should I have ready before I arrive?** A free [Tensol](https://www.tensol.ai/) account, your business data in one accessible place, and a rough list of your recurring workflows. That's it.
**Will I actually leave with something working?** That's the goal. This isn't a lecture. By the end of the session, you'll have AI employees deployed and connected to your actual tools and workflows.
**What kind of businesses is this for?** Any business with recurring operations, agencies, e-commerce, SaaS, creator businesses, consulting. If you have workflows that repeat weekly, there's something here for you.

Pitch Circuit: Core - Build Club x Arrayah
20 builders. Intimate room. Everyone demos.
Build Club Sydney runs two formats every month: Open and Core. This is Core.
20 builders. One afternoon. Everyone works, everyone demos. 3 minutes each. Hard timer. No exceptions.
Core sessions rotate through intimate spaces across Sydney - places you earn your way into. The location is off the beaten path on purpose. If you made the trip, you're serious. That's the filter.
Co-hosted with Arrayah, a creator residency that believes in taking care of the people building. This session is held in their space. Treat it with respect.
**What to expect:**
→ 12:30 – Doors open, settle in
→ 12:45 – Intros: your name, what you're working on, one sentence
→ 1:00 – Heads down. Build.
→ 3:30 – Demos. Everyone. 3 minutes. Hard timer.
→ 4:30 – Wrap + conversation
→ 5:00 – Venue clear
20 spots. Approval-based. We're looking for people actively building something with technical depth who want focused, uninterrupted work time alongside other builders doing the same.
Bring your laptop. Bring your project. Come ready to ship and show.
**Why Drummoyne?** Because the best rooms aren't always in the CBD. The trip is part of the commitment. You'll be building alongside 19 other people who cared enough to show up somewhere inconvenient - and that changes the energy in the room.
FAQ
**Who should come?** Builders deep in technical work. AI, robotics, deep tech, game dev, AR/VR, hardware, research - if you're building something that requires real technical depth, you belong here.
**Do I have to demo?** Yes. 20 people, 3 minutes each. Everyone shares. That's the deal. No spectators.
**What's the difference between Core and Open?** Build Club runs both every month. Open is the wide room - 40 people, anyone building anything, demos optional. Core is the intimate room - 20 people, curated, technical builders, everyone demos. If you've been to Open and want something more focused, Core is the next step.
**Is there food?** Drinks provided. Drummoyne has limited food options nearby, so eat before you come or bring something with you.
**How do I get the address?** Address is revealed when you're approved. Apply below.
**What's Arrayah?** Arrayah is a creator residency - an intense few weeks where you show up to the same place, with the same people, to take one thing you care about seriously. They're generously hosting this session.

**The Experience**
TechHaus isn’t a tech conference.
It’s a Builder Room where engineers, AI talent, product thinkers and hands-on technical operators come together to go deeper than the hype.
You won’t just hear about innovation. You’ll interrogate it.
**Expect:**
- Real technical conversations, not surface-level panels
- Practical insights from builders shipping real systems
- Curated introductions across the tech ecosystem
- Energy, curiosity and depth without the corporate gloss
Because great technology isn’t built in isolation. It’s built in rooms like this.
---
**Tickets**
Paid. Limited. Intentionally curated.
TechHaus is designed for engineers, AI practitioners, product professionals and technical operators who care about:
- Building real products
- Solving meaningful technical problems
- Learning from people actually shipping
This isn’t a hype-driven tech expo. It’s a high-signal room for builders serious about craft.

Pitch Circuit: Open - Ideas Space, Darling Square
Build Club Sydney runs two formats every month: Open and Core. This is Open.
The idea is simple. You show up with whatever you're working on - a startup, a side project, a song, a research paper, a design, an experiment, literally anything - and you spend an afternoon building alongside other people doing the same.
At the end, anyone who wants to can stand up and share what they worked on. 2 minutes. Quick and casual. No pressure, but if you've got something to show, the room wants to see it.
This isn't a networking event. There are no panels. No keynotes. Just a room full of people doing the work.

FAQ
**Who should come?** Anyone building something. Doesn't matter what it is - tech, creative, research, business, art. If you're making something and want dedicated time to work on it surrounded by other makers, you're welcome here.
**Do I have to demo?** Nope. Demos are optional. If you want to share what you worked on, you'll get 2 minutes. If you just want to build in peace, that's completely fine.
**What's the difference between Open and Core?** Build Club runs both every month. Open is the wide room - 40 people, anyone building anything, demos optional. Core is the intimate room - 20 people, curated, everyone demos, tighter format. Open is the on-ramp. Core is the deep room.
**Is there food?** Drinks provided. Darling Square has plenty of food options - grab something before you arrive or duck out during the session.
**I'm not technical, can I still come?** Yes. Open is for anyone building anything. You don't need to be an engineer.
**Is this free?** Yes.
