This is a one-day IRL hackathon for top-tier technical builders in Sydney. The goal: build real, production-quality AI applications that solve genuine problems. No toy demos. No lazy chatbots. Just great products, shipped under pressure.

Backed by Folklore Ventures - one of Australia's leading early-stage VC firms - this is your chance to build something that matters, in a room full of people who care about the craft.

9:30 AM - Doors open - networking, coffee

10:00 AM - MC welcome & hackathon brief (themes, format, submissions)

10:30 AM - Team formation (teams of 3-5)

11:00 AM - Hacking begins

12:30 PM - Lunch

12:30 - 5:00 PM - Hacking time - submissions due 5:00 PM

5:00 - 6:00 PM - Judging & live demos

6:00 - 6:10 PM - Judge deliberation

6:10 PM - Winners announced (Top 3)

6:15 - 6:30 PM - Closing
