Course Outline

Your team is already getting value from Manus, or you've decided it's time they did. Either way, someone has to make the call on the Team Plan, set the workspace up properly, and run it well. That someone is you.

The Team Plan changes three things about how your team uses Manus: how you pay (one plan, pooled credits), how the work flows (shared projects, skills, and connectors that compound across the team), and how much control you have (roles, usage analytics, sharing policies, audit logs).

This course takes you through all of it in four short chapters: what the Team Plan gives you, setting up your workspace, loading it with your team's tools, and running it day to day. By the end, you'll have a workspace that's configured properly, governed sensibly, and ready for your team.

What You'll Learn

The Team Plan Offering — Pooled credits, add-ons, free guest seats, plan comparison, and Manus' security certifications

Workspace Setup — Creating the team, inviting members, the five roles, SSO and SCIM, and migrating personal data into the team

Provisioning Capability — Publishing shared connectors, sharing and enforcing team skills, and enabling cloud computers with spending limits

Running the Workspace — Usage analytics with CSV export, billing, per-resource sharing ceilings, and the audit trail

Learning Outcomes

  • Evaluate whether the Team Plan fits your team, and explain the pooled credits model to finance
  • Set up a team workspace with the right roles, guest seats, and identity features for your organisation's size
  • Provision team-wide connectors and skills, and enforce the workflows that must always apply
  • Configure sharing ceilings per resource type so work is only ever shared the way you intend
  • Monitor usage, spend, and sharing across the team using the analytics views and audit logs
