Course Outline

You already know Manus. You've run tasks, seen it produce real deliverables, and you know it works less like a chatbot and more like a capable coworker.

Now your organisation has put you on a Team Plan, and a layer of new capability has appeared around the Manus you know: shared projects your whole team works inside, skills that make one person's best workflow everyone's standard, real-time collaboration inside tasks, and internal tools only your team can reach. Your tasks stay private, your credits come from a shared pool, and the features you've refined for yourself can now compound across the whole team.

This course shows you how to actually use all of it. Six short chapters take you from checking you're in the right workspace to publishing live internal tools for your team, with real submissions along the way so you finish having genuinely worked as a team in Manus, not just watched someone else do it.

What You'll Learn

The Team Layer — What changes on a team plan, what stays private, and exactly what admins can and can't see

Sharing & Collaboration — Working in the same task live with teammates, sharing finished work for viewing, and bringing in free guests

Shared Projects — Building one project with your team's context so every member gets usable output from their first prompt

Team Skills — Sharing your refined workflows to the team library, and what the lock on an enforced skill means

Production Outputs — Publishing dashboards, tools, and deliverables with team-only access, kept live and updatable

Learning Outcomes

  • Work in the team workspace deliberately, knowing where shared resources live and whose credits you're drawing on
  • Collaborate inside a live task with teammates prompting Manus directly, and choose correctly between collaboration and view-only sharing
  • Build and share a project that gives every teammate usable output without uploading or explaining anything
  • Turn a refined personal workflow into a team skill that standardises output across everyone who uses it
  • Publish live internal tools and deliverables with team-only visibility, within the ceilings your admin has set

    Why Enroll?
Know what's actually changed. Most of Manus works exactly as before, and this course covers the team layer without making you re-learn the toolGet the privacy picture straight. What admins can see, what stays private, and what sharing actually exposes, answered clearly instead of guessed atStop re-explaining your team's context. Shared projects and team skills are the two features that compound, and using them well is what separates teams that get value from teams that just share a billLearn by doing it with your team. The submissions have you sharing real work, building a real project, and publishing a real tool, so the course ends with your team already working differently
