I’m Arun Raj, Founder of GenAI Tech Innovations (GTI) — where we build AI solutions that truly work, backed by real metrics and transparent results. From enterprise agentic workflows to community-focused innovations, our work is about creating meaningful impact rather than just hype. With 15+ years of experience across CX platforms, solution architecture, and full-stack development, I specialize in Generative AI and Agentic AI engineering. Before founding GTI, I led the CX Technology Services team at Ipsos ANZ, delivering over 150+ voice-of-customer (VoC) and experience management programs across retail, telecom, government, and education sectors. I’m also a certified Qualtrics expert, skilled in Medallia and QuestionPro, helping organizations turn customer feedback into actionable insights. What I’m building now: At Pirai AI, where I lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, we automate survey creation by transforming Word documents into ready-to-use survey formats across 20+ platforms, including Qualtrics, REDCap, Canvas, and more. Our AI-powered system eliminates manual data entry, supports multilingual conversion, and adapts to your organization's unique terminology and formatting preferences We also offer no-code Qualtrics API tools and survey document converters that save researchers and CX teams hours each week.
