Chat based Membership management for Studios and Gyms
Problem Statement
We have automated the process of managing membership suspension, resumption, and extension requests through chat, eliminating the need for manual intervention by staff. Each manual request previously took up to 5 minutes to process. During the busy Christmas season, our clients handled over 400 membership pauses and manage more than 2,000 conversations saving 35hrs.
Now available on the Wix Marketplace. This leverages Wix Chat to streamline operations. When a customer initiates a request through Wix Chat, the process follows these steps:
1. Chat Integration: Wix Chat connects to our server.
2. AI Processing: The server forwards the request to an AI, which structures the data.
3. Booking Update: The structured data is sent to Wix Bookings to update the membership details accordingly.
This automation significantly reduced processing time, improves customer experience, and freed up staff for higher-value tasks.
