Most apps don’t adapt to real life—they expect you to adapt to them. That leads to drop-offs, fake progress, and wasted potential. AdaptQuest solves this by: Building the first habit and self-growth platform that actually adapts its complexity to the user, not the other way around. It flexes with your real habits, motivation, and schedule—so you make real progress, not excuses.
