In one sentence, what are you building?
We’re building SwipeHire, the TikTok of recruiting. A platform where students showcase their personality and soft skills through short, engaging video resumes, while recruiters swipe through talent as easily as scrolling TikToks. It makes hiring faster, more human, and more fun for both sides.
What problem are you solving?
Recruiters are overwhelmed by thousands of resumes that all look the same, making it hard to quickly identify top talent, while students struggle to stand out and showcase their personality and soft skills through outdated, text-heavy applications.
