Problem Statement

1. Lack of Financial Visibility for Founders - 42% of startups fail because they run out of money, not because of poor ideas. - Early-stage (pre-seed/seed/Series A) founders often don’t know how much runway they have left or how fast they’re burning cash. 2. Tools Are Too Complex or Too Basic - Current FP&A tools (Pigment, Anaplan, Jirav) are enterprise-grade, built for CFOs, and too expensive for small startups. - Simpler solutions (Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks dashboards) are error-prone, messy, and don’t give forward-looking insights. 3. No Easy Way to Simulate Scenarios - Founders need to know: “What happens if I hire 2 engineers? Hire an engineer? Increase MRR?” - Today, this requires manual spreadsheets or a CFO — not accessible to most early founders. 4. Lack of Benchmarks & Context - Even if they see their runway, founders don’t know if they’re spending like peers. - We use AI agents to benchmark CAC, burn ratios, and Rule of 40 against industry peers and competitors, such as Pitchbook, Carta, and Crunchbase, offering real-time recommendations. 5. Pain = Stress + Risk of Failure - Founders are stressed because they don’t know if they’re financially healthy or dying. - This leads to fundraising too late, overspending on the wrong categories, or scaling unsustainably.
