Problem Statement
The problem of inefficient, one-size-fits-all onboarding. Companies spend significant time and resources training new hires on information and skills they may already know, which frustrates employees and slows down ramp-up. This tool uses the OpenAI API to compare the role requirements with the applicant’s background, identifying overlap and gaps. This allows us to generate a personalized onboarding plan with Gamma that skips redundant content and focuses only on the areas where the new hire needs support. Please give it some time to generate the presentation:) also pls ask for consent before sharing as its using my API's and did not have enough time for appropriate safety measures.
