Problem Statement

Tl;dr: Turning abandoned carts into completed orders with AI-powered recovery calls that actually talk to your customers Problem: If a user gets to the checkout screen on an ecommerce store (like when buying an online snowboard, for example) but doesn't actually buy the product, that's lost revenue. Our friends that run ecommerce stores told us that traditional SMS / email cart recovery methods are failing, and that calling users has been working Solution: Call users via voice agent with the context of what they're buying, negotiate the item price with them given a discount set by the shop owner, and send them an SMS to recover their cart after so the user can place the order
