An RPG-style AI-powered onboarding platform where new hires complete quests guided by specialized class master agents in an interactive 2D game world.
What problem are you solving?
70% of New Hire feel lost and disengaged during onboarding, leading to poor retention and slow productivity ramp-up. Traditional onboarding is boring, impersonal, and fails to build company culture. New hires don't know who to ask for help, tasks feel disconnected, and cross-department collaboration is minimal. The Guild solves this by transforming onboarding into an adventure. Employees create RPG characters, complete gamified quests, and interact with AI class master agents (Tank for Engineering, Healer for Support, etc.) that provide 24/7 guidance with RAG-powered company knowledge using Relevance AI . A walkable 2D map replaces boring menus, making navigation intuitive and fun. Our multi-agent architecture orchestrated by a "God AI" routes questions to specialized agents, breaking down departmental silos from day one. Employees explore other departments through cross-functional quests, building transparency and empathy. Managers track progress through a creator dashboard, viewing real-time quest completion and agent interactions.
