Agentic project management with ticket summaries for previous dependencies and graph visualisations
What problem are you solving?
Often on a team, we find we're assigned tickets but without any context, leaving us having to ask team members, managers or other departments, which is very time consuming. Additionally, JIRA tickets don't provide a clear link to how this interconnects with all other tickets in a given project. Voltreon aims to solve this by providing a truely agentic project management software, where we enforce users to use an Architectural Decision Record (ADR) style with context, decisions and consequences for each action. When users make a ticket, they can include dependencies to other tickets, allowing us to form a tree like graph structure of relationships between tickets. This allows us to provide a really nice and easy to see dependency graph visualisation of all tickets that were directly related in the past to your current ticket, and all tickets in the future that depend on it. Additionally, we've integrated Relevance AI to create AI summaries for each ticket. Say you're assigned a ticket, but have no clue why decisions relating to it were made. You can use the AI summarise feature, and our agent will search all dependent tickets beforehand to provide a simple to follow summary justifying the history and decisions that were made beforehand. In future, we hope to add voice to text AI, as often we find at work in person discussions can be quite detailed, but the amount of ideas that get recorded onto tickets is minimal as people do not have enough time to write it down in the meeting itself.
