π€π§βπ³ Lumi - Cake Ordering & Inquiry Assistant
About this project
In one sentence, what are you building?
An AI-powered assistant that helps bakeries manage cake orders and customer inquiries through Instagram DMs
What problem are you solving?
Cake orders often require back-and-forth messaging to clarify details like flavor, size, delivery/pickup, and design. Bakeries struggle to respond to large incoming orders quickly on Instagram DMs, leading to missed sales, dissatisfied customers, and overworked staff. Lumi AI automates responses to drive sales, collect order information, answer FAQs and route complex requestsβsaving time and boosting order volume.
